Who you are working with

Hi Zachary, I'm Luca.

Before you spend a dollar, I want you to see how I work. That is what this page is for. No pressure, no salesperson, just a look at exactly what you would be getting.

You have already had a bit of that. I built you the homepage design further up this page, and I designed and typeset your business cards, both free of charge, before there was any deal on the table. That is not a trick. It is just how I would rather start.

I run Hometown Heroes out of the Netherlands, which puts me about six hours ahead of Manchester. I do the strategy, the SEO, and the structure myself. A small group of people I have worked with for years handles the design and the build. I am in every part of it, start to finish, and you will always be dealing with me.

I am not a big agency. No account managers, no jargon, no going quiet on you. If I don't know something, I will say so. If I can't promise something, I will tell you that too.

The two results

Apex is working one half of Google. This is the other.

There are two different sets of results on a search page, and they are won two different ways. One is driven by your Google profile. The other is driven by pages on your website. Right now only one of them is being worked.

Apex is on this

The map pack

The three results with pins

Driven by your Google Business Profile, your listings, and your citations.

Nobody is on this yet

The organic results

The blue links underneath

Driven by actual pages on your website. A page for each service, a page for each town.

When a general contractor in Nashua searches for a structural welding contractor, both of these show up on the same screen. Apex is working to get you into the top three with the pins. The pages on your website are what put you in the results underneath, and they are where people land from either one.

This is not instead of what Apex is doing. It is the half of the same job that nobody is currently doing.

I will not touch or interfere with Apex's work.

Their keyword research, your Google profile, your listings, all of it stays theirs to run. The site gets built to support the direction they are targeting, not to compete with it. If it is easier, I will coordinate with them directly so nothing gets crossed.

The winning formula

How this actually brings you work.

Three parts. Get found, earn the trust, make it easy to request an estimate. Here is exactly how each one works, as a mechanism, not a promise. Open any of them for the detail.

01

Traffic

Get found first, on Google and AI

02

Trust

Win the GC in the first look

03

traffic + trust + conversion
No fine print

Why this one is different.

01

The tech is handled.

I set up and manage the domain, the hosting, and the site itself, so you never have to touch any of it. You keep welding, I keep it all running.

02

One price, no surprises.

A single, flat build price in US dollars. No hourly billing, no scope games, no drip of add-ons. You know the number before we start.

03

Nothing locks you in.

The monthly plan is optional and month to month. Cancel any time. No long contracts, no auto-renewal, no games.

Hassle-free

I handle the tech. You get the leads.

You have steel to weld. The website, and everything that keeps it running, is my job, not yours:

  • Your domain and hosting, set up and managed by me.
  • Your Google profile and reviews, always yours, and left to Apex.
  • Your leads, straight to your phone, the moment they come in.

You never have to log into a host, wrestle a dashboard, or chase a plugin update. I set the whole thing up and keep it running, so the only thing on your plate is answering the phone when it rings.

Everything stays in your name. Your Google profile, your reviews, your domain, your accounts. I only ever hold manager access, and you can remove it any time, from your phone, without asking me. If we ever part ways, you take the site with you. No hostage-holding, no games.

No lock-in, and nothing renews on its own. The monthly plan is optional and month to month. Cancel with a message any time, and your site stays online.

The plan

Live in about a week and a half.

Start to finish in days, not months. I turn each of these green as it is actually done, so this page stays honest about where we really are.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Kickoff and content.

A short onboarding, your photos and details, and the keyword and service-area map for the site. All in day one.

  2. 02 · Days 2 to 5

    We build your site.

Design, structure, copy, the estimate form, and the mobile setup. None of this depends on Apex.

  3. 03 · Around day 7

    Your preview, your feedback.

A private link to click through on your phone, with a round of changes baked in.

  4. 04 · Within 1.5 weeks

    You are live.

Domain, security, and tracking all set up the same day. Days, not the months most agencies take.

  5. 05 · When Apex's keyword direction is locked

The service and service-area pages get finalized.

These are the only pieces that should line up with what Apex is targeting, and they come last anyway. Everything else is already live by then.

Then, optional, once you are live

  1. 06 · Then, if you keep the SEO

    Ongoing local SEO.

New pages every month and a plain-English report. Optional, and cancel any time.

Do you have to wait for Apex?

No.

Everything except the final service and service-area pages can be built now. Those are the only pieces that should line up with their keyword direction, and they come last anyway. If the site isn't ready when Apex finishes, you're paying for visibility that lands on a page that isn't ready for it.

The investment

Two ways to get online. Your call.

One flat build price, in US dollars. The site itself is $800 either way. The only question is whether it is six core pages, or the full search foundation that puts you in the organic results across your radius.

The essentials, done right.

A sharp, credible home online that turns a search into an estimate request.

  • Your real project photos, your reviews, your service area
  • Mobile-first, fast, and built to convert

  • Everything in the Core Website
  • The full Core 30: a real page for every service and every town across your 100-mile radius
  • Hub-and-spoke internal linking across the whole site
  • LocalBusiness and Service schema on every page

Local SEO$800/mo

Push up the organic results, month by month.

  • The ongoing work to move you up the organic results across your towns
  • New service and service-area pages added every month
  • Built alongside Apex's keyword direction, never against it
  • Local rank tracking, so you can see where you actually sit
  • A plain-English monthly report: what moved, and what is next
  • Everything in Hosting & Care, included
Hosting & Care$30/mo

Any edit you need, done for you.

  • Any edits you need, done for you, no limit
  • New photos, hours, services, and pages whenever you ask
  • Hosting, SSL, security, and daily backups
  • Uptime monitoring, updates, and everything kept current

No lock-in on the monthly, and nothing renews on its own. Take a plan, switch it, or run the site yourself. The build is a one-time cost, and the website is yours to keep either way.

The math

What it takes to cover it.

This is not a projection of what you will make. It is just the math on what covering the fee looks like. Put in your average job and how often you close, and it tells you how few extra jobs it takes.

avg job$12,000

turn the dial · your average job

At an average job of $12,000, a single extra job covers the entire $1,500 build many times over.

At a close rate of 40%, that is one extra call you would not have gotten otherwise. That is the whole bar it has to clear, one time.

break-even math on your inputs · not a projection of what you will make

Your side of it

What I need from you.

This works best as a two-way street. Three things from your side:

Photos.

Real ones. The Hannaford joists, the UMass structural, the crew, the rig. Your work already looks the part, so let's use the real thing, not stock.

Access.

Manager access to your Google profile and the accounts, so I can do the work. It stays in your name, and you can pull it any time. If it is easier, I will coordinate directly with Apex so nothing gets crossed.

The phone.

Keep answering it the way you already do. The whole job of this site is to make it ring more. You are still the one who closes.

After you are live

Once it is live, the monthly is your call.

The build is a one-time cost, and the site is yours. What happens next is up to you. All three of these are fine with me.

Just the essentials.

I keep your site online, secure, and backed up. Call me when something needs changing and we sort it out. No monthly commitment.

Hosting and care, $30/mo.

All of that, plus any edits you need, done for you, no limit. New photos, hours, services, pages, whenever you ask.

Local SEO, $800/mo.

Everything in care, plus the ongoing work to push you up the organic results, town by town. Cancel any time.

No rush from me

When you are ready.

Everything on this page is in the agreement, in plain language. Pick the package that fits, and when it is right, we make it official. There is no rush from me. It will be here when you are.
